46 is bloody good, considering she hasn't released her single yet! It's only for 2012 - a hit album/single, along with the top rating BFV will boost her right up to the Top 10!

I was able to view this last night, finally after two nights, I was totally shocked to see that Eraka Budu and Lil Kim , was higher than Toni ( I do like both artists ) but however Toni, has sold more records then both these artist put together . I think that the lists are just votes that have they taken in , Its not based on the music industry alone !! SAD

I think you are %100 right. If we are going to complain about her ranking, the shame should be on us as her core fan base!!! it is our job to get Toni the recognition she deserves, especially when the ranking is purely based on votes...

Some weeks ago, I remember being mad at E! News for showing past SuperBowl halftime performers and they mentioned Christina and Enrique while showing a picture of them looking up at Toni but there was NO mention of Toni whatsoever. Sorry for the rant...
