Toni needs professionals working for here ...
because her assistant Zo is running his mouth on tweeter insulting people and is not sounding very professional. so disappointed in people that work for her. it's making her looks bad.
i wish she'd get a real professional agency to manage her career. it's a mess, mess mess!
i miss allen hong working for her. :)

I thought Zo wasn't her assistant anymore it was some other guy. He was in an episode of BFV last season that he was her new assistant. Either way if Zo represents Toni in anyway he does need to be more professional. What he does reflects on her too.

He's a little antagonistic but oh well. Of course nosy me had to go over to twitter to see. I'm sure if its a problem Toni will handle it. On her Twitter page she said she was at St. Kitts this weekend. Must be a performance there.

Zo is not Toni's assistance, but their are groups of persons on twitter that do not like Zo and always try to start something with him. I know because I see the tweets going through. I think some of Toni fans on twitter just need to be unfollow, because they are a utter mess. They want Toni to tweet every day all the time, as if the lady does not have to work. If you have insecure fans following you, they wont represent her well because when things does not go their way , they tweet a lot of garbage . A fan should stick up for you all the times, like this forum. That is the reason why Toni tweeted " Why we all cant just get along". Some of Toni's fans also don't like Tamar and tweet a lot of Garbage and throw Toni in the mix. I tell you some of them are a total mess. I know Toni is smart, so she will sort them out.

She does get some interesting tweets.I always wonder why she ever bothers to come on twitter because its always the same BS. Some of them get mad at her for not tweeting back when they tweet. she handles is very well and says she can't answer everyone's tweets because she gets so many. I can imagine. She'd have to be a superhero to answer every tweet. Sometimes she ignores purposely I think because they annoy her. Some tweets to her are pretty personal and anyone who knows Toni knows what a private person she is and she doesn't answer them but they keep trying lol. Tamar likes to stir things up and she never will let things drop and that gets others to tweet back to her and its a showdown. Now that school is out for the summer I have more time to be on twitter and I see what goes on. I admire the way Toni handles herself on there. I think those people are fans but they have unrealistic expectations of what she should be doing on twitter like expecting her to be there 24/7/365.

And that is the most important thing he should do because he represents the image of her. Zo has to understand that, he works for a person not only that she is a superstar but also a Global Ambassador for Autism Speaks, imagine that! So we don't expect her true image to be distorted just like that. All this humanitarian work that Toni has engaged in, potrays a kind of noble person she is.

I hardly get on twitter. I don't like it. It's like a giant chat room...I tweet occasionally. I usually just tell Toni I love her, give her shout outs about her music. last Friday she retweeted what I said. I didn't even know till a few days later. I was very happy. When I do tweet I hope it catches her eye but if it doesn't I'm fine with it. She means the world to me and it's not gonna change. Tweet or no tweet.

It is like a giant chat room lol. Never thought of it like that. She hasn't answered any of my tweets either but I understand that she probably has millions of tweets and yours really has to stand out for her to see it.I'm not like that. I just wish she would tour more in the US over in the southern parts lol. She usually either performs in LA or areas near there or overseas. I want her to know she has fans on the other side of the US too lol. I know I can support her by buying her music and enjoying it.
So hot here today 104 that I am spending more time online and on this site. :)

This is why i dont do twitter! People are idiots with their words behind a computer screen. This blows the respect and dignity a diva should have. Its like to be popular she has to join the crowd and try to keep everyone happy. A lot of artist are on there yes, but I wouldnt be caught dead talking to Toni or let alone anyone the way people "talk" to each other on computers these days. Honestly there are many of us on this site that would be better assistants than we have been seeing. I MISS ALLEN HONG TOO!
