I was checking Target.com today (in hopes of ordering the CD/DVD version for an upcoming birthday present) and it looks like they've purged it from their system. Darn. The Target edition is still available at Amazon.com, but for $26.99 brand new, and it runs about the same price on eBay.

Meanwhile, the Walmart CD/DVD edition is still available. Perhaps I'll get my friend that, but then again, I think the 2 bonus tracks (especially "The Wave") is the better version. What do you guys think?

I'd probably consider the Walmart edition. The Wave is an added treat.
The Target version is DEFINITELY worth getting, not only for "The Wave" and the "Yesterday" remix, but also for the bonus DVD with extensive behind-the-scenes footage on the set of the "Yesterday" video. The Wal-Mart version is worth getting for completists, because the 'Soundcheck' performances are good.

It looks like the Wal-Mart CD/DVD edition is now officially out of print.
