Has Toni Braxton Given Up On I Heart You?

I Heart You has been out for about a month now and the official version and video for about two weeks and it is going nowhere... It is not on radio and not even got 200000 views on youtube.. I have seen videos out for just 5 days and get over13 million views...  I Heart You is not even on VEVO.. I is a very good song but it is getting the same perennial treatment as all her previous singles and albums over the past few years...  Toni is u are going to spend time and do an album u need to spend the time and promote it..... Album due in May and there is no single on the radio or creating a buzz out there... This is not a good sign.. we ur faithful are the only ones who know about is and will go out and buy it in the first weeks then after that the sales go down like the other albums..   Toni u need to hit the road to promote the album ... something drastic has to be done now now now

what would it take to get toni on show like 106 & park TRL and other popular shows to start the "buzz" outside her fan base... which i belive is not large enough to make the album commercially successful

Toni was already promoting this music to tar it good .. she will leaveher to flop us tv shows radio .. brandy already released his new single is already fervereiro since March I promoting her album comes out and launched in June .. madonna the new album already, and willfall this week .. many good artist are being forgotten as mariah carey,toni, madonna, brandy

She did say she went independent after Prince persuaded her to do so.  Since Prince went independent, his music has never seen the light of day on radio, etc. I dont know why you guys expect Toni to be able to.

I am seriously at the point where I don't want to hear new music from Toni...sounds strange right??? Her old music can keep me going for years and years to come; I still get the same emotions from them as I did when I first heard them. I personally want her to venture out like movies...I loved that she co hosted The Revolution and I am loving that she is an Ambassador for Autism. If I hear new music from Toni I really want her to show the world her hidden talents. Many don't know she can play the piano so I am a fan who wants to see and hear that more. Also those unreleased tracks NEED to be released...they will sell.

A big no to that.  I wan't more music from Her.  That's like you saying she must retire and I can't live to witness that.  I guess you are not such a fan to a point that you'd care to buy here new music since you are sorted with the old tracks.  I love them but any other good song I hear out there by another artist - I just wish her golden voice graced it.  I love that she gave us a dance track "I heart you" this time around and that's just how versatile she is.  Not all of us will like every song she sings but there is definitely an audience who will love it just like I do.

You took my entire message and made it into a negative. I can hate a song of Toni Braxton and I will still buy SEVERAL copies of it. When people think of Toni Braxton they just think music; she is multi-talented and "I" think that at this point in her career she should show the world what else she can do.

Exactly.  None of us want for Toni.  She is on twitter all the time.  Her single is out on itunes, youtube, soundcloud.  Her video is on WE and Youtube.  If you were to ask Toni, I am sure she would say she is doing enough.. factor in all the touring she has done lately and this has actually been a pretty busy cycle for a new album.

Will you people just relax and allow fate to have it's course whatever it may be! I simply do not believe that Toni would put something out such as I heart you, and just allow it to sit there.  I am sure that there is a plan of attack that she has in mind for this project.  Please Fans take a breath and just watch Toni WORK!!!!

When Toni tours she is singing her r&b hits from the 90s. Why doesn't she record the type of music that made her hit records? The whole "trying to be current" thing has never worked for her and is a main reason she has not had a hit since He Wasn't Man Enough.
